StarTrack for most of our delivery`s. If a order is placed via the internet
or via our staff, and you the customer give us the wrong address, you maybe
liable for the redeliver fee`s that we are charged. This also includes
business that are not open during normal business hours (9-5). Charges are
between $10 and $35.

Express delivery

As you can imagine our $10 delivery fee seldom covers the
actual freight cost, we subsidise the the remaining cost. We
therefore reserve the right to select the best carrier based on delivery
speed and cost.

Because of the bulk of spillway troughs we are forced to pass on the
actual shipping cost. When ordering from our web site please chose your
geographical area price as shown, it includes the bulk adjustment. The
shopping cart will then automatically add the standard $10 fee to your order

they are not a shippable due to their extreme bulk and packing difficultly
created by their fragile nature. |
