Blagdon Minipond & Midipond Gravity Filter UV Lamps & Spare Parts

Spare UV Lamps, Foams etc

These spare parts suit the Blagdon Minipond and Midipond gravity filters. We have Sponges, Wool/Carbon Pads and UV lamps readily available. We stock a range of other spare parts for these filters as well. Please call us for a price or information about any parts you need which may not be listed.

Simply check the table below to determine the wattage of the lamp you need for your filter or ultra violet clarifier and them select the option for your lamp from the drop down list to the side of the page. Currently we cannot get genuine Blagdon foams for any gravity filter, the best we have been able to find is a 25 mm cream and a 50 mm black. Suppliers have not sent any in past 2 orders from UK.

Most UV lamps on the market have a working life of 9000 Hours. After this time, the lamp may still be illuminated but the gas inside becomes inert and they quickly become vitrually non effective at reducing algae. For this reason we (and all manufacturers) advise that you replace your UV lamp every 12 months to ensure a clear and healthy pond.
